In return, we ask that you treat our administrative and clinical staff with the same courtesy and respect.
To ensure the well-being of our staff and maintain a professional healthcare setting, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to any verbal, aggressive, or unnecessary abuse and behaviour towards our staff.
This includes any such behaviour from a patient or anyone a patient brings with them to an appointment. In such cases, we will take all necessary steps to protect our staff, and this may result in you being removed from our Practice list.
