Comprehensive treatment plan and review as required, however reporting and assessments not available

Barriers to accessing a psychiatrist
Clients living in the region with barriers to accessing psychiatry who hold a Centrelink issued healthcare card, family healthcare card or pension card, or who indentify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander are eligible for the service
How it works
Referral
Your GP can refer you via the NBM PHN intake line on 1800 223 365 and obtain a unique referral number, which must be noted on the completed referral form before sending the referral to Dokotela via secure messaging.
