How to join your video conference?

  1. Open your internet browser (Chrome preferred)
  2. Go to the Dokotela website
  3. Select Connect to video button in orange (top right)
  4. Enter the password ‘dokotela’
  5. Select your specialist (this is in the SMS confirmation you received)
  6. This should take you to a new window with a form, fill in your name and click “I Agree”
  7. Follow the instructions on your screen to join your Specialist’s waiting room
