Rebecca Jarman is a dietitian who specialises in mental health and treating and preventing obesity and chronic diseases (including diabetes and heart disease). Rebecca has a specialist interest and skills in working with the potential side effects of some mental health medications on physical health, appetite and sedation.
Rebecca has over 10 years’ experience working as a dietitian. Rebecca has spent 5 years working as a dietitian in the Keeping the Body in Mind team (KBIM) in South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) Mental Health Service.
Rebecca understands the importance of the role of nutrition in maintaining optimal physical and mental health. Rebecca uses her extensive experience and best practice guidelines to help you to modify your dietary intake to optimise your wellbeing.
